Alex Lindsey
I am a California Native that is based in the Lexington, KY area. First and foremost, I am a horse lover. Growing up, I took advantage of every opportunity to learn more about horses and spend time with them. In 2013 I got my first camera and enjoyed capturing the world the way I see it through my eyes. I enjoy taking photos of nature, landscapes, and of course, animals. With my talent and expertise, I am effective at capturing the spirit of my subjects.

Iridescent Phoenix a.k.a. Phoenix
In 2022 I produced my first homebred horse, Phoenix. From the moment she was born, she has been a very special horse. She is a Purebred Arabian that is Sweepstakes Nominated. Fun fact, Phoenix is dual registered with the Oldenburg N.A. registry and has been branded and papered through them as well! In 2023, she made her show debut earning first place at her first event. She continued on to earn a Top 10 and Top 5 at Regionals in the Arabian Breeders Sweepstakes Yearling Fillies and Sport Horse In-Hand Yearling Fillies classes respectively. We brought the 2023 show season to an end with our appearance at the Arabian Sport Horse Nationals competing in the Sport Horse In-Hand Yearling Fillies class earning 8th in a class of 16 very competitive horses! As her breeder, owner, and trainer I couldn’t be more proud! She has been an inspiration both in front of the lens and behind. Phoenix is a very photogenic horse and can be seen throughout my work.
